Meet the founder

With over 15 years in search, Rowan Fisk has delivered appointments for hundreds of high-growth start-ups and scale-ups, spanning UK and EMEA.

He has a deep network in the VC and PE ecosystem; and specialises in CMO, CCO, CGO, CRO and NED appointments, plus marketing and growth leadership teams.

But he’s most proud to be known by many growth leaders as ‘the kindest man in search’. GrowthKind has been built as an outlier, with a kindness first philosophy - and Rowan plays a lead role in paying back to the community, both through our platform for continuous learning and development, The Growth Kind, as well as our charitable offering, GrowthKind Giving.
