Every search has an advisor appointed to it – someone who, in a past role, walked a mile in the shoes of the vacancy. They’ll meet with you to calibrate the search, giving counsel on how best to position the opportunity, where to look, and how to set the hire up for success.
Then they embed into the process, augmenting the selection with a technical and leadership assessment of all shortlisted talent.
And, if required, they can step into the role on fractional or interim basis.
