GrowthKind is the data processor and will handle your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant laws. Who we share your personal data with
We share your personal data with third parties who help run our business, such as marketing agencies, website hosts, and professional advisors. We ensure these third parties protect your data.
We use Atlas Recruitment Technology Limited as our CRM platform. We have chosen Atlas in part, due to their robust security measures and the fact the platform is hosted using AWS in the EU. Atlas is a cloud-based software that helps companies manage their recruitment processes. It organises and tracks job applications, CVs, and candidate information. Atlas stores data about the applicants, roles they are eligible for and if applicable, where they are in an application process. Atlas features applicant tracking, AI notetaking, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Please see Atlas’ Privacy Policy for further details.
We also use Google Workspace to manage our communication and collaboration. Google provides strong security measures, including encryption, compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR, and advanced access controls to ensure the protection of your personal data. In addition, personal data may also be shared with:

Professional advisors (e.g., lawyers), bound by confidentiality

How long your personal data will be kept

We will delete or anonymise your data after seven years of inactivity with GrowthKind.
